湖北省水环境监测中心顺利通过国家级资质认定复查评审

2022年10月，国家计量认证水利评审组对湖北省水环境监测中心和武汉市等10个分中心进行了国家级资质认定复查评审。
20日下午，湖北省水利厅党组成员、总经济师熊春茂出席会议，省水文中心党委书记、主任杨金春及省水环境监测中心全体人员参加会议。
评审组对照《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价、检验检测机构通用要求》各项规定，听取了湖北省水环境监测中心检测工作与管理体系运行情况的汇报；通过听、看、问、查、考五种方式对武汉、宜昌、黄冈、黄石、咸宁、襄阳6个分中心进行了现场评审，对恩施、十堰、孝感、荆州4个分中心进行了远程视频评审；重点针对检测人员、方法标准、场所环境、设备设施、检测数据等方面进行了详细审查；抽取了地表水、地下水、饮用水和水生生物等28项参数进行盲样考核,考核结果全部合格；抽取了25名技术人员进行理论考试，占检测总人数的20%，成绩全部合格。
经全面评审，评审组一致认为湖北省水环境监测中心符合评审标准要求，具备对应条件和技术能力，同意通过国家资质认定复查评审，将上报国家市场监督管理总局批准。
本次会议对湖北省水环境监测工作提出四点期望：
一、主动适应水资源工作新形势。要聚焦“以水定城、以水定地、以水定人、以水定产”，为落实“把水资源作为最大刚性约束”要求提供智力支持。
二、不断加强水质水生态监测评价。要坚持科学、规范、高效做好地表水、饮用水源地、重要湖泊水库、地下水等水体的水质监测评价工作，积极开展生态流量监测、河湖水生态健康评估等工作，为统筹解决新老水问题提供水文支撑。
三、扎实做好水资源水环境信息编报。要严格执行“日清月结”制度，高质量完成全省水资源公报、地表水资源质量年报、地下水动态月报、河湖长水质水量月报等报告成果的编制工作，为政府部门和社会组织、公众了解掌握水资源水环境情况提供基础数据。
四、切实找准服务水资源水环境新的着力点。围绕人民群众对“持久水安全、优质水资源、健康水生态、宜居水环境、先进水文化”日益增长的新需求，积极探索水文服务水资源合理开发、高效利用和水环境、水生态持续改善的新路径、新举措、新办法，努力实现自身经济效益和社会效益双丰收。
