超声波物位计安装注意事项

1、避开盲区；
2、声束角内不能有障碍物；
3、探头伸出短管10mm以上（短管内径较大，可不受此限）；
4、拱形罐，仪表不要安装在灌顶中央；
5、若最高物位不能避开盲区，可以增加一段接管来解决；
6、导波管：深井等声束角内有障碍物、或者液面波动大的场合，可以将传感器安装到导波管内或者旁通管内；
7、避开进料口；
8、超声波探头发射面垂直指向液面或者物料面。
