湖北首次对长江入河排污口开展无人机航测

湖北省生态环境厅5日通报，我省首次对长江入河排污口开展无人机航测，目前正在整理航测数据，为长江入河排污口建档。待航测成果评审通过后，将报送至生态环境部。
今年2月，生态环境部正式启动长江入河排污口排查整治专项行动暨试点工作。根据安排部署，专项行动将排查范围确定为长江经济带覆盖的沿江11省市。通过两年左右时间，重点完成“查、测、溯、治”四项主要任务。
此次无人机航测一级排查，是开展长江入河排污口清理整治工作的起点。湖北省无人机航测涉及长江、汉江及清江三大河流，航测总面积11212平方公里，热红外岸线总长度4808公里，约占长江经济带11省市航测飞行总任务的四分之一。
为确保工作整体有序推进，该省将长江干流及其主要支流汉江、清江入河排污口无人机航测费用纳入省级财政。对长江、汉江、清江干流岸线一侧延伸2公里及向水面一侧延伸200米的范围，适当扩大到江心岛、滩涂、湿地等；对沿江5公里范围内的码头、人口密集城镇、化工企业、工业集聚区实行全区域航测和热红外航测。
考虑到气象、地形、空域、时间等因素影响，综合安排无人机、载人固定翼飞行器、载人直升机飞行器等多种飞行器和航摄仪开展数据采集工作，各飞行器互为补充、协同保障作业。期间，努力克服了梅雨天气和空域管制影响。
数据显示，航测期间，4架载人固定翼飞机拍摄了24239张超高精度照片，20架无人机拍摄了87845张照片；夜间用热红外仪器拍摄了73210张热红外照片。这些照片将作为未来对比排污口变化的依据。
